My next marathon will be Vienna city marathon – home of 1:59 😀 on 19th April 2020. I am preparing for it, although I won’t be chasing olympic standard for Tokyo 2020, which wa my main goal for so many seasons. The standard is 2:11:30, which means new national record and my PB for 3 minutes and half. Which seems too optimistic for me to run this year. So I will try to qualify for half marathon for European athletics championships, which is at the end of August in Paris. There is no standard, but I will have to run sub 1:06 to be nominated for the team.
